Auto IT changes Icon back to AutoIT icon after zooming in explorer

I've set my icon when compiling and it shows up ok. When I zoom in using windows explorer however it changes back to the auto IT icon.

I presume this is because there is not enough, or the right variants of icon sizes in my ICO file.

Would somebody be kind enough to help me with an icon spec or a solution to my problem?
