HexDecode() from py to autoit

Can some one who know how to work with UINT8 whats the difference between the convertion/decode from this function: https://github.com/sloonz/pil-py3k/blob/master/libImaging/HexDecode.c
to this: BinaryToString("0xFFF",4) ?
