MouseMove/Cursor

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to give to a background window fake informations about where the mouse cursor is.
I am trying to find some infos on internet but can get a reasonable answer.
Is there a way to give, fake or not, informations of where the mouse cursor is?
My window reacts different depending on where my mouse is...
I am using something similar to controlclick for click but cant seem to find a way ti give data to the window for the mouse moves.

So basicly what i want to do is to do a mousemove for background window without having to use my mouse or activating that window
