Guitctrl advanced window controls

Hi,
The window I wnt to select and set a value for an item is kinda advanced...
I used AutoIt info to read the info of window on the left and right , it shows ,
the left as  a list box...and the right is a table with row and colum which has a list of variables of the item from the left list..
Do I hve to use dll function to write a value to a variable( right side ) for an item ( left side list box) ? and what dll is it?
and how to read the list of variables at certain colum to assign it 's value at certain colum on the right window ?
