If nothing happens do..

Hey, just searched for this code, but found nothing, okay, everything works great, but if script clicks not on correct coordination and if nothing happens in example 20 sec after that click make it continue new loop, click on another coordination using mouseclick example :<

I dont know how to make it it do new loop if nothing happens if we take in example 20 sec
