Regexp question

Pleas help me , I am converting HTML to csv using the command stringreg exp. In the example belot, the field Help is not detected.
How to  change my regexp ?

$aReturn = StringRegExp($sString, '(?s)(?i)<td NOWRAP>(.*?)</td>', 3)
_ArrayDisplay($aReturn)
