Reading text from MSHFlexGridWndClass

I have tried everything i could think  but i cant get text from the control.  I can get the handle using
$grid = ControlGetHandle("WinsTRACK", "", "[CLASS:MSFlexGridWndClass;INSTANCE:3]")  but dont know what to do next. ControlGetText return 0 ; I started working on autoit since yesterday so anything will help.
