StringTrim to Special Character

I'm sure there is a simple solution for this and I'm unable to find it or figure it out on my own.

I would like to know how I can string trim this \\SEVER\SHARE\THIS - USERS SHARE
and trim it to the first slash from the left so the output is THIS - USERS SHARE

The name of the shares will be of various lengths.
