Find drive/partition volume number

Hi Guys

Im trying to populate a list view box with a list of fixed drives.

Im trying to find the volume ID displayed in diskpart


DISKPART> list volume

I want to display the volume ID, diskname and size. since the other two are easily done im trying to avoid dumping diskpart output to a file and then parsing it with filereadline
