How do you get the window title of exe by its PID?

Is there a way to get the title of an exe window by using the PID?

Example - The title of the SciTE window changes if you have multiple scripts open ... is there a way to get the title of SciTE.exe by using the PID? Or any other way for that matter?

I am trying to get the "Task" name that is in the "Applications" tab of Task Manager.
