_GuiToolTip UDF on Windows 2000

Hi all,

I am building a script using the _GuiToolTip UDF that needs to be able to run on a operating systems that are Windows 2000 and later. Unfortunately I am not able to get the ToolTip to display on the Win2K computers. I tried it on WinXP and Win7 and it works great. Is there a parameter that needs to be set differently or a DLL that needs to be on the Win2K computers to get the ToolTip to display?
