Passing the argument to a command line

Sorry but i have the same type of problem.

RunWait( @ComSpec & " /c findstr /i "hr s v" " & $var1 & "\abc\123.cfg" & " >> " & "val.txt")

trying to search a  string from a file in above command but no output.

Please suggest
