Hide Min, Max, Close Buttons

Ya, use it
 

guicreate( "test" , 200 , 300 , default , default , $ws_popup+$ws_caption )

then the window will appear with no buttons in the right side... but you lose the icon so !

 

Hi, I want to hide this three buttons, but don't lose the icon, Do you have any ideas?
