Program to execute .exe files with one key

I used to use auto IT years ago, getting back into it.

I used to have a program that would launch the .exe that auto IT creates. But can't remember what it was. Can anyone recommend something that can do that? freeware preferred of course.

would let you bind it to one key, so just press F12 and your .exe runs.
