So i found this:
https://secure.internode.on.net/webtools/showmyip?textonly=1
if you take out the "1" at the end and just say
https://secure.internode.on.net/webtools/showmyip?textonly=
then the site says that you "own software script" can just say https://secure.internode.on.net/webtools/showmyip?textonly=1. well thats cool, but is there a way to take autoit and just pull that information back from like a website response query? saw a script that pulled the ip from the title of whatismyip.com, but that didnt really do it. Sorry if this is just dumb, but i figured id try.
P.S. tried running it from a command prompt and it just opens up the website. also tried a couple different commands such as telnet, nslookup, tracert(no idea why i tried that)
