[ASK] Registry

Dear Follow Members,

I need to write a registry from my AutoIT script, but I dont know where should I create the registry key.

Any idea where I should put those keys and values (HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_USERS, or where?)

This value should can also be accessed by another script/application from Windows XP, Vista and 7.
