Delay Script

Hi Everyone,
   I am packaging a app which has a setup.exe which just run on command prompt & doesnot wait to finish so I need a script which will check this Setup.exe in Process of Windows Task Manager & when it see that setup.exe is finished in process then it quit so in short keep the omputer thinking that Setup.exe is still running in Command Prompt.
