WinHttp.au3 Send Request - Get Bytes Transferred?

Is there a way to poll a request made using the WinHttp.au3 UDF for how much data has been sent during a transmission?

I ask because I would like to get how much data has been sent with a binary file transfer using a post method.

Edit:  I want to be able to do this periodically during the transmission to get upload progress.
